 •Two-day workshop where we learned to work with willow reed to create multiple baskets.

 

2016 • Collaboration with Janel Engelstad (Group)

• Involved in class-wide project in conjunction with Janel Engelstad to create an Installation Art Piece for Pegasus Pavilion.  

 

2016• Ann Coddington Workshop

•One-Day workshop where we leaned Random Weave basketry.

 

2016•Former Historian and President of the UNT Fibers Collective

• Organized Meetings and Activities for the Collective

 

2016•Natural Dye Workshop, Partnered with Big Thought

• Co-taught over 200 children between the ages of 12-17 how natural dye is made, can be used, and the importance of sustainability.

2016•Undergraduate Research Fellowship Recipient, UNT.

• Collaborated with other recipients to create a working archive for UNT’s Natural Dye Garden.

•All recipients participated in the subsequent poster session.

 

2015 •Jason Collingwood Workshop

• Three-Day rug weaving workshop where we learned Jason Collingwood’s unique way of warping a loom for weaving rugs as well as various rug pattern techniques.
